My 81 year old mother bought a new 2013 5th will and as others stated the sales person would say and promise anything to make the sale. We paid 55k cash and performed walk through and created a list of items to be fixed. We were provided a date that the RV would be ready for final walk through and purchase. When we showed up they were still cleaning and repairing items on the 5th wheel. Some... Read more

Poulsbo RV Collision Repair Department: The Slime Starts Here! After a Toyota Scion ran a red light and T-Boned my C Class motorhome (Motorhome lightly damaged, still totally useable) Scion left in two pieces), I contacted Poulsbo RV Kent about repairs. I spoke with a knowledgeable and helpful service department person who sent a rep to my home to photograph and measure the damage and to order,... Read more

I Have to share this even though I bought My new Fleetwood from Poulsbo 11 years ago. I had a flooded kitchen floor every time I used it. I took it and explained the leak was under the kitchen cabinet. They would tell me things like It was a loose fitting at the sink, The next 5 or 6 or more trips to the repair shop the said they checked and sealed the roof seams, The last time I left it for the... We took our trailer in to be repaired, small hole in the bottom panel under taillights. Was told they would need to take the side moldings off up to the top, to replace the bottom panel. They would reseal the molding & taillights & detail the trailer. Also was told the cost would be under $800 including the cost of the panel. When we picked the trailer up only the bottom 12 inches or so... Read more

Bad service, Bad manners, Bad reviews, Bad behavior. Read what people are saying very carefully then decide whether it's worth the risk in dealing with this company. They will not honor their agreements and you will risk losing your hard earned money and being disappointed by broken promises. They are not trustworthy. Move on to any other company or buy privately. No one should be treated... Read more

We purchased a 2003 5th wheel in Sept 2013 at the Auburn store. Our saleswoman was nice and helpful, so was the service tech that walked us through our delivery detail. The store manager made several promises that fell a long way short of good service and customer satisfaction. We were promised a 5th wheel hitch installation as part of our trailer purchase. Well... We did get a hitch... A low... Read more

The good and the bad... The good: We bought our first hard-side trailer from Poulsbo RV after having tent trailers for several years. The salesman was very helpful in steering us to units that would match and not over-tax our tow vehicle. He also made sure we looked at units that fit our needs, as my wife is handicapped. Once the sale was done, he welcomed us to call if there were any... Read more

I don't think it would take anyone reading more than 2 or 3 review out of the hundreds of terrible reviews to figure out that it's not worth the risk in dealing with any company who could upset so many people. It's understandable that once in a while someone might be upset and take it out online, but Poulsbo RV has so many bad reviews and horror stories out there that if you decide to still do... My family and I bought a 34 foot 5th wheel at Poulsbo RV Mt Vernon. They treated us like gold. Wayne, Stan and Dale are true professionals. Form financing to service, they all care and want to help. I love the trailer and I can't recommend them enough. I will never buy an RV anywhere else. At other RV stores, my wife was treated like an ***, I was ignored, we were high pressured. The guys... These people are completely unprofessional and unethical. Don't be fooled by their nice demeanor because it will change very quickly if they are unable to find a way to take advantage of you. They are seriously bad business people. They will claim repairs that are not necessary, they may cause damage to your RV themselves, or if they are selling your RV they will try to pay well below what you... Read more
