The Mount Vernon store claims to have master certified technicians. Upon talking to a tech, they have ZERO certification. None of them meet the industry's standards. Add comment

We purchased a 1999 Safari Zanzibar from Auburn dealership 8/31/2015. First our trade in they only allowed $22k trade in and they listed it for sale $40k. Our purchase they had many things wrong with it but they said not to worry they do a PDI (pre delivery inspection) to check out that every thing works. Now I know the "as is" says no verbal warranty will be complied with, BUT we believed that... Read more

We have taken it out 4 times and the sewer has backed up 3 times, that's two people for only 3 days!!! Now the lock pad is not working!!! I want a Jayco!!!! Add comment

I had a fender bender wipe out the side of my 5th wheel. How anyone can run into a trailer is beyond my comprehension but it happens. AS it is a Keystone Cougar I took it to Poulsbo RV for repairs cause as you know Keystone is a nightmare to work with. Big mistake. Poulsbo puts a hold on the RV to make sure they do the work. Which was okay the insurance was paying. But that's not the story. The... Read more

We had a bumper to bumper warranty. We took to Paulsbo rv. It was there for eight months and when we finally got it back there were more problems and the things they were suppose to fix were not. They did not screw the account cover back on after fixing the air conditioning unit. Add comment

My husband and I really need to talk to the owner at Poulsbo rv. How can we get a hold of him? 5417272222 A little bit about our experience. We took our 35 foot motor home there to get things fixed, with our bumper to bumper fill package insurance. Will Paulsbo rv had it for almost a year, and we are still finding things not fixed. The employees were rude. They definitely do not believe in... Read more

I bought a brand new travel trailer in November. From the time I got the trailer and went on my first trip, I started seeing problems. As the problems continue to stack for the trailer, I called the Poulsbo RV in Kent where I bought it and told them about these problems. There response was kind and said that they would schedule a time for me to bring it it. Time past and no one ever called me... Read more

We purchased a 2014 View Profile from Poulsbo RV. We used the RV between June 2014 and September for small trips to ocean. In-between trips the sprinter went into shop for repair. Three weeks before leaving on an extended trip to the East Coast we took rv into shop for three weeks of repair. On the cross country trip we traveled 14 days and spent 16 of 30 days in repair shops. One of the... Read more
