I had a ERGENT problem with my RV, Did not have appointment.Stool would not flush. They got to it right away. Good response . good work , price was very fair. I WILL go back my next trip to WA. Add comment

We had a bumper to bumper warranty. We took to Paulsbo rv. It was there for eight months and when we finally got it back there were more problems and the things they were suppose to fix were not. They did not screw the account cover back on after fixing the air conditioning unit. Add comment

If you thinking about buying a RV from Poulsbo RV save yourself the heartache their service sucks they overcharged and they don't do a good safety check on their used RVs. But there sure happy to charge you for it after you buy it 345 dollars Add comment

We purchased a 2014 View Profile from Poulsbo RV. We used the RV between June 2014 and September for small trips to ocean. In-between trips the sprinter went into shop for repair. Three weeks before leaving on an extended trip to the East Coast we took rv into shop for three weeks of repair. On the cross country trip we traveled 14 days and spent 16 of 30 days in repair shops. Bought a newer toy hauler just a few months ago from the auburn poulsbo rv store and have had the worst time with customer service! This is our first purchase of any kind of rv and I will never call or go back there ever again!
