We paid 20k for a small rv and have had nothing but issues with it. We've had it serviced more than we have camped in it. We found another rv that we like and is on sale, but the managers refuse to work with us..stating the banks won't go thru with it. I am a Boeing worker, I guarantee that my co workers will be advised that Poulsbo RV is not the place to shop unless you want to be ripped-off. We can't believe that the doors are still open to... My wife and I visited the NEW Mount Vernon, WA store and spent 45-60 minutes walking around the lot with no help. I ran into others walking around the Lot with the same problem. Looking at all of the reviews, this seems to be the norm which is to bad because we wanted another local option to Campworld. We are certain we won't go back and I don't expect them to survive if that is the poor service they continue give potential customers. Come on... Read more

My elderly Lady Friend who is 76 yrs old is suffering from a Cancerous Tumor to the Brain and Poulsbo RV in Puyallup, WA still owes her over $60,000 in Repairs. Some additional damages were caused by them when she originally took it in to get it fixed, a claim that they are Denying and so we Picketed their Showroom Yesterday. Terrible service. Paid $120K for a class C motorhome which we discovered had NO manual's (when we got home). Called Poulsbo RV and talked to the manager Michael Ware and he told us the manuals were on order! That was two months of today 3/24/16 NO manuals. The Poulsbo phone game is just that.... just BULL! Nice Sunday afternoon, husband and I went rv looking, actually went last weekend in Fife but it was the Seattle RV show, so not much luck. I said why don't we go to Poulsbo RV? I spent 180. thousand dollars at this company for a motorhome. They lied and told me whatever they thought they needed to to make the sale. After they get your money you will get nothing they promised you. If you complain they will tell you that you need to talk to someone else. In my case it was someone named Bruce. Sales tactics are outrageous, salesman actually discouraged me from purchasing Motor home, no issue once he quoted me the price, I left immediately, everyone should be careful dealing with this outfit. My experience certainly left me with a bad taste having to deal with sales people. My concern goes deeper than purchasing an RV. The Mount Vernon store claims to have master certified technicians. Upon talking to a tech, they have ZERO certification. None of them meet the industry's standards. Add comment

We purchased a 1999 Safari Zanzibar from Auburn dealership 8/31/2015. First our trade in they only allowed $22k trade in and they listed it for sale $40k. Our purchase they had many things wrong with it but they said not to worry they do a PDI (pre delivery inspection) to check out that every thing works.
