I'm not one to provide long dissertations. I must say however that any time you have to go through the State Attorney generals office to deal with a company you really should warn others . You've been warned. Read more

My elderly Lady Friend who is 76 yrs old is suffering from a Cancerous Tumor to the Brain and Poulsbo RV in Puyallup, WA still owes her over $60,000 in Repairs. Some additional damages were caused by them when she originally took it in to get it fixed, a claim that they are Denying and so we Picketed their Showroom Yesterday. On a Positive Note, we changed the minds of roughly 12 potential Customers yesterday who entered the RV Lot, turned... Read more

Terrible service. Paid $120K for a class C motorhome which we discovered had NO manual's (when we got home). Called Poulsbo RV and talked to the manager Michael Ware and he told us the manuals were on order! That was two months ago.....as of today 3/24/16 NO manuals. The Poulsbo phone game is just that.... just BULL! Oh yes, on the way home discovered NO extra keys, crack in the windshield. Terrible service. Paid $120K for a class C motorhome... Read more

Nice Sunday afternoon, husband and I went rv looking, actually went last weekend in Fife but it was the Seattle RV show, so not much luck. I said why don't we go to Poulsbo RV? Ever get that WTF just happened feeling, like your in laws popping on your door step for the weekend? We walk in , a guy walks up from an office, we ask Do you have any front living units?, he says Yes we do, let me get a salesman for you, here comes Chris, btw, we are at... Read more

I spent 180. thousand dollars at this company for a motorhome. They lied and told me whatever they thought they needed to to make the sale. After they get your money you will get nothing they promised you. If you complain they will tell you that you need to talk to someone else. In my case it was someone named Bruce. I called and asked for Bruce 15 times in 2 weeks. They wanted to know my name and what I wanted. When I told them I had a problem... Read more

Sales tactics are outrageous, salesman actually discouraged me from purchasing Motor home, no issue once he quoted me the price, I left immediately, everyone should be careful dealing with this outfit. My experience certainly left me with a bad taste having to deal with sales people. My concern goes deeper than purchasing an RV. The whole idea of poor sales people places honest sales in a very poor light. Poulsbo is not the only RV sales in the... Read more

The Mount Vernon store claims to have master certified technicians. Upon talking to a tech, they have ZERO certification. None of them meet the industry's standards. Add comment

We purchased a 1999 Safari Zanzibar from Auburn dealership 8/31/2015. First our trade in they only allowed $22k trade in and they listed it for sale $40k. Our purchase they had many things wrong with it but they said not to worry they do a PDI (pre delivery inspection) to check out that every thing works. Now I know the "as is" says no verbal warranty will be complied with, BUT we believed that what didn't work would be fixed or at least to let... Read more

Went in to Everett to get a 22' trailer and ended up with a 17' and a 5' tongue!!! When you ask for a length, wouldn't you figure it would be livable length!!!??? We have taken it out 4 times and the sewer has backed up 3 times, that's two people for only 3 days!!! Now the lock pad is not working!!! I want a Jayco!!!! Add comment

I had a fender bender wipe out the side of my 5th wheel. How anyone can run into a trailer is beyond my comprehension but it happens. AS it is a Keystone Cougar I took it to Poulsbo RV for repairs cause as you know Keystone is a nightmare to work with. Big mistake. Poulsbo puts a hold on the RV to make sure they do the work. Which was okay the insurance was paying. But that's not the story. The trailer is equipped with an electronic deadbolt... Read more
