I had occasion to ask Poulsbo, who is a local outlet for the RV Van I wanted to order, for a price they would sell it to me for. The poor salesman came back from the sales manager's office with a written offer to sell it to me for the full MSRP plus a $1900 "get ready" fee. This brought the total to over $167, 000 plus tax and license fees. I said OK, I am going to price this with a dealer a friend of mine worked with in New Jersey. The salesman... Read more

High Dissatisfaction with Poulsbo RV of Auburn Customer Service and Service Work   The roof on our FR3 motorhome started to peel off after owning it for only 4 months. We took it to Poulsbo RV, in Auburn, who said they would replace. During the roof removing, they told us some of the plywood on the roof was damaged and they would also take care of this as well.   The motorhome was returned to us about a month later in the following shape:... PLEASE DONT BUY FROM POULSBO RV. Camping world or Blade RV they have customer service. Its too bad that Poulsbo RV has deep pockets. They should go out of Buisness before someone else gets the Shaft. J.Anderson

Be careful with this dealership. My experience buying a new RV from this dealership was a total nightmare. The RV, like most has its issues but don't expect them to help with warranty repairs. They aren't that organized. After the purchase they don't care anymore. There service department is horrible, they have too much work, they are months behind and appear to be incompetent. I look at this dealership like the old school car salesman that... Read more

Recommend You Do Not Consign Your RV to Poulsbo RV for sale. They simple will not treat you fairly. Example: A 90 year old senior contacted Poulsbo RV concerning selling his Very Popular Low Mileage Mini / Class B MotorHome. Poulsbo's representative promptly went to the senior's house and convinced the senior that his RV would only sell in the $18-19,000 dollar range and convinced the senior to sign a consignment contract that would only pay... Nice when you are buying but the minute you drive away you are screwed. Sales and service are rude, slow and nonresponsive. They talk down to you and don't stand by their product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!
