We bought our Thor Hurricane from Poulsbo in Fife in December 2016 at a fair price (my husband did a lot of research and shopping ahead of time).We have had some warranty work done at both Poulsbo in Kent (closer to our home) and in Fife.

Both places have treated us well and we are generally happy with them. The house batteries were bad and we didn't know because we had not dry-camped until August. The best warranty offer from Thor was to pro-rate the cost of the replacement batteries because of the length of time we have had the rig. When I told Poulsbo in Kent that I wasn't upset with them but I was very disappointed in Thor, they said they'd see what they could do.

When we picked it up, the dealership honored the warranty - not Thor.

We have never waited overly long for the work to be done.At this point, we are very happy with our purchase, the price and Poulsbo RV.
